At BBPEP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy makes it easy to make things right.
1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

Intimate or sanitary products

Hazardous or flammable materials

Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may apply for:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank.

4. Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email support@bbpep.com.
6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
7. Shipping & Returns

To return your product, mail it to the address provided by our customer service at support@bbpep.com.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping costs.

For items over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or produced. Full refund will be issued.

Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
